CANCELLATION POLICY

We know life happens! If you need to change your appointment, we appreciate at least 48 hours notice so we can offer the spot to another client. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice may incur a 50% cancellation fee of the booked service. No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. All deposits and fees are applied to secure your appointment. We value your time as much as ours, and this policy helps us stay on schedule while providing every client with the best possible experience.
